We love when our customers tell us they love us. And our pizza. And our service. And our managers. And our website. (OK, that was totally self-indulgent. Sorry.)

But to be perfectly honest, we actually appreciate constructive criticism even more. When something doesn't go right, it's important for us to hear it.
We're staffed with a bunch of real-live human beings who sometimes have cruddy days, and sometimes aren't perfect. The orders sometimes come out of the kitchen with the wrong stuff on the plate, and sometimes the food is not done perfectly. Delivery sometimes takes longer than you expect.
The thing is, we're sorry whenever a customer has a crappy experience. But we really begin to worry when more than one customer has the same crappy experience, be it with dine-in, take-out or delivery. That's where, dear customers, the constructive criticism comes in handy. Roar! Go for it.
We respond to every complaint. We closely track the customer satisfaction performance of each location and make adjustments regularly to address problems. And, we do right by the customer. We want you to keep coming back, and to keep telling your friends about us.
So please let us know about great experiences as well as things you think we should improve. We really appreciate both kinds of feedback.
